We sign the agreement and you pay the installation. The per-volume rate and the modules you start with are fixed in writing.

FAQ

Questions brokers ask first

Where does the platform run?

On our infrastructure or on your own servers. Every brokerage is an isolated stack with its own database, network and domain. You keep full administrative access either way.

Is it really white-label?

Yes. Logo, colours, domain, email templates and the mobile apps in the App Store and Google Play all carry your brand. The white-label studio in A2Z Admin walks you through it in twelve steps.

Can we keep our existing CRM?

A2Z CRM is included, but you do not have to use it. Leads, clients, KYC and payments are available over a documented API with scoped keys, so an external CRM can stay the system of record.

How do we get liquidity?

Connect liquidity providers over FIX 4.4, pull crypto prices from exchange feeds, bridge to an MT5 server, or run internal execution for demo and prop accounts. Routing is per symbol and can mix all of them.

How is the per-volume fee billed?

Monthly, as one line: traded notional for the month multiplied by the rate in your agreement. There is no monthly licence, no per-seat fee and no revenue share.

What do traders use to trade?

The web terminal in any browser, the desktop app on macOS, Windows and Linux, and the mobile apps. All three share accounts, layouts and alerts. MQL4 expert advisors run in A2Z EA Studio.
